1. Acceptance of these Conditions
The website lotoquebee.com, its mobile applications and its related pages and social media accounts (together, the "site") are operated under the authority of the Société des loteries du Québec (Loto-Québec) ("Loto-Québec", "we", "us", "our"), a Crown corporation established by the Government of Québec. These Conditions of Use govern your access to and use of the site. By accessing or using the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Conditions, as well as by any specific conditions and game rules that apply to a particular product or promotion. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site. We may amend these Conditions at any time; the version published on the site is the one in effect, and your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Conditions.

2. Accuracy of information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on the site is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, reliable or free of errors or omissions, and the information is provided for general information purposes only. 4. Legal age and location

6. Payments, deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals may be made only through the payment methods we make available, and only from instruments held in your own name. We may apply minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and verification checks, and we may decline or hold a transaction where verification is incomplete or where we suspect fraud, money laundering, error or a breach of these Conditions. Withdrawals are paid only after your identity has been verified to our satisfaction and any applicable requirements have been met. Player funds are handled separately from operating funds. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, and we are not responsible for delays attributable to third-party processors or financial institutions.

7. Bonuses and promotions
Promotional offers, bonuses, free plays, loyalty rewards and similar incentives may be made available from time to time and are governed by separate promotional terms published with each offer. Promotions may be changed, suspended, limited to eligible players or withdrawn at any time. 8. Suspension and closure of accounts
We may suspend, restrict or close an account, void transactions and withhold funds where this is necessary to comply with the law or our regulatory obligations, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, the use of duplicate or multiple accounts, chargebacks or payment disputes, bonus or promotion abuse, collusion or cheating, the provision of false information, or failure to complete identity verification. We may also act where required by a self-exclusion or a gaming prohibition. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate balances are returned in accordance with applicable law once any review is complete; amounts associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld.

9. Lottery and game results
The results, winning numbers, draws and prize information displayed on the site are unofficial and are published for convenience only. They may be subject to verification, correction and delay. The official results are those recorded and validated in our central computer system. In the event of any discrepancy between the information shown on the site, printed from a screen, or communicated verbally, and the data recorded in our central system, the recorded data prevails and determines any prize. Prizes must be claimed in accordance with the applicable game rules and within the prescribed time limits.

10. Regulation and game rules
Our gaming activities are conducted and managed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Quebec, are subject to the oversight of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ), and are operated under the authority of Loto-Québec. Each game is governed by its own rules and, where applicable, by the regulations respecting games and the regulations respecting sales-promotion contests, which form an integral part of these Conditions. The rules of each game, including how it is played, the odds and the prize structure, are made available on the relevant game page or on request from customer service. By participating, you accept the rules applicable to that game.

12. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that results from events beyond our reasonable control, including service interruptions, cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, hardware or software failures, power or telecommunications outages, errors in third-party systems, labour disputes, government or regulatory action, epidemics, fires, floods or other natural disasters, or other events of force majeure. Where such an event affects a game or transaction, the outcome recorded in our central system, or the applicable game rules, determines how the matter is resolved.

14. Intellectual property
All elements of the site — including trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, photographs, audio and video, software, source code and their selection and arrangement — are the property of Loto-Québec or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. 21. Severability

You agree that any dispute relating to the site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, judicial district of Montreal.
